In his current role as a Tier 2 Technician, Karim is responsible for providing advanced technical support to clients, including hardware and software troubleshooting, remote support, and system administration. He is also involved in the installation and configuration of new hardware and software systems, ensuring they are aligned with clients' business requirements.
