Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets
  • Identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs, preferences and industry trends
  • Collaborating with other teams across the organization to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Preparing and delivering compelling and persuasive sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiating pricing and contractual terms with clients, while maintaining profitability for the company
  • Providing excellent after-sales support to clients, resolving any issues and addressing client concerns
  • Regularly updating and maintaining accurate sales and customer records in the company's database
  • Keeping abreast of competitors' activities and staying informed about industry developments to remain an expert in the field.

  • Strong communication skills to establish rapport with potential customers and listen attentively to their needs
  • Good problem-solving abilities to identify customer pain points and provide effective solutions
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by Upsystems, as well as the competitive landscape in the industry
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage a pipeline of leads and follow up with customers in a timely manner
  • Empathy and customer-centric approach, with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
  • Strong network and contacts in the relevant industry sectors, with the ability to generate leads and referrals
